Absolutely delicious. Got the porkchops and chicken. SUPER juicy and
tender, full of flavor. Not your thin pork chop either. Super thick
cut.

Semi upscale comfort food in Noe Valley. Highly recommended.

Boudin Blanc - White sausage with potato puree & french prunes. The skin is so thin and delicate, meat is like eating silk. The super fine potato puree, silky meat, and the tartness of the prunes make for such a wonderful gradient of flavor and texture. A much try.

Bottega, Napa Valley

-Crispy Potato Gnocchi, english pea & tallegio fonduta, spring vegetables, prosciutto crisp. The texture and flavor is just out of this world. 

-Wood Grilled Rack of Grass-Fed Lamb fresh local cherry & fennel seed dressing, creamy ancient grain polenta. Quite possibly the best lamb I've ever had in my entire life. Words cannot do any justice.
